My foundation is professional coaching.
I listen deeply, reflect, ask questions and help you explore where you are, what may be standing in the way and where you want to go. And because my work is intuitive, I also listen for what is happening underneath the words and allow what I sense and receive to become part of our conversation when it can serve you.

We may work with the choices you are making today and the future you want to create. We may also discover that something older is asking for attention — a belief, a pattern, an experience or something you have carried with you for a long time.

The purpose is not simply to understand yourself better.
It is to help you create movement in the life you are actually living.

Sometimes you need space to land.
To soften into your heart. Release what feels heavy. Receive. Reconnect with your intuition and your own energy — and strengthen the life force within you.

A guided healing journey. We always begin by talking about how you are feeling, what is present in your life and what you would like support with.

Divine Healing is my intuitive and energetic healing work, created as a space for deep reconnection, where each session is shaped around you, what you are experiencing and what you are longing for.

At the heart of Divine Healing is channeling — opening to what I call The Divine and allowing intuitive guidance, energy and information to become part of your healing journey.

Online, I guide you into a deeply relaxed and receptive state and through an intuitive inner journey, while working with and sensing your energy as we go.
I may receive and share messages, images, words or guidance along the way. You can rest quietly and receive, or interact with me as the journey unfolds.

In person, the experience is often more physical and quiet.
My hands, the energy and the presence become a greater part of the healing, with words or intuitive guidance woven in when they arise. I may also work with the chakra system, sound, voice, meditation, drum and light language, depending on what feels called for in the session.

Whichever way we meet, I am with you, guiding and holding the space, from beginning to end.
We always finish with time to integrate and talk about what you experienced and what arose.

I don't need you to arrive with answers.
You don't need to know where we are going before we begin. Sometimes the journey itself shows us.

Who I am as your space holder

I am often described as carrying a strong, radiant energy that feels both grounding and contagious. With me, you are seen in your wholeness. You are allowed to be vulnerable, authentic and exactly where you are, while being gently guided back into alignment with your truth and power. I am a star seed but also grounded.

I see possibilities where others see obstacles. I hold space for your emotions, your shadows and your brilliance. I support you to move past self doubt, procrastination and pressure and step into the woman who leads your self with clarity, confidence and devotion to her mission.
